![]() ![]() I went to get my food during a set change, they were not busy as this was not a sold out show, I still missed the first song by the third act and just walked away without my hot dog or my refund as I didnt want to miss any more of the show. My only issue is with the food vendors, I expect to pay a premium for average food, however I dont expect to pay that price ,have my money collected then be told its going to be a 10 min wait for my hot dog !Dont take my money or at least let me know before I pay that there is going to be a wait. The bands and the seats were great, the venue is great ,leaving after the concert is what you would expect but nothing too time consuming, prince william county police do a great job moving the traffic. The concert was Foreigner,Styx, and Don Felder. This time we bought our tickets in sec 101 which was awesomely close to the stage. We went here last year and were fortunate to get vip passes and table side service and the experience was awesome, the seats were provided at no cost through my employer who is a sponsor. Just go into the experience prepared and with an open mind, hopefully the crowd will be calm and cool so you can hear some great tunes on a breezy, summer night. Prices are going to be expensive because the vendors are going to make their money, be thankful they have their ABC license. People will step on your blanket if crowded, people will talk rudely and loud over the artist because who knows why they attended, certainly not to hear music? And I’ve been sad to leave some shows early because I wasn’t willing to sit in the car for 2 hours to leave so it’s a trade-off. Cons: Traffic to get in (and out if you wait until the end of the concert) and questionable patrons. Pros: They get good acts, there’s really not a bad “seat” in the house because you can see close ups on the big screens and hear without going deaf, have a decent food/drink selection, plenty of bathroom facilities and helpful staff once you enter. Nice if you don’t want to be on the lawn and don’t mind being in the back. Not close to the stage at all, but you get a view of everything. ![]() I’ve experienced some of the best and worst concerts there. Jonas Brothers tour: The Remember This Tour. Having been to Jiffy Lube Live (formally Nissan Pavilion) about a dozen times, the experience really depends on crowd. ![]()
